Ms. Lam's little Educator Journal

Waikiki Elementary School is the foundation lab school of my teaching career because of p4c influence. I first started by subbing, teaching after school enrichment program, and volunteer tutoring. In addition to the UH MEdT program, I had the opportunity to learn, observe and team-teaching in kindergarten and first grade. Waikiki School's model of Habit of the Mind has changed how I teach and my belief in Education.
